Seriously amazing help at this Santee location. Jay the store manager and other employees have went well beyond current standards for customer service. Not only did they save my almost 50$ over what UPS wanted for sending an oversized collector edition to a friend, but helped me select correct box for safety and helped with packing. You do have to pay but was greeted with nothing but kindness and understanding. For shipping from Santee, FEDEX has my business and if you are getting charged outrageous prices other places, maybe give them a chance.....glad I did.

I regularly send packages from this FedEx. Marcos and other team members offer great customer service. I plan to get new passport photos there, too. This is my go-to- place!

Came in pretty late and it was busy. Only Raul was working but he did a fantastic job helping everyone quickly. I had tons of copies to make and documents to scan and Raul helped out a lot. He knew what he was doing and was friendly. Nice guy.
