Excellent food. I had the red snapper and my wife had the beef tenderloin. Both WERE EXCELLENTLY COOKED AND TASTY, VERY TASTY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a must go to restaurant if you enjoy a quaint atmosphere with excellent food and service! Highly recommend. The scallops were incredible and so was the fried rice topped with flounder and a special cilantro sauce.

Amazing food and experience in a old southern mansion! We opted for the 7-course chef's tasting menu (with optional wine pairing), which was a lot of food, but a taste across a large span of creative culinary dishes. We started with a three piece appetizer which came with a cheese stuffed puff pastry, a smoked fish and something else (so much food I can't remember). 2nd course was an ahi tuna cake (like a crab cake) topped with avocado. 3rd course was a scallop perfectly seared brown while leaving the scallop tender and delicious, accompanied by some mashed cauliflower. 4th course was slow cook duck on a bed of kale and topped with a poached egg. 5th course was an american snapper with a side of marinated vegetables and a tomato sauce that had a unique and scrumptious flavor. 6th course was a nice piece of pork with a side of rich macaroni and cheese. 7th course brought the sweets which you selected from the normal dessert menu. My wife chose the cheesecake made with a touch of goat cheese and which had a crust with a perfect gritty crunch. I chose the apple and berry pie with a side of ice cream. Both were good. The only thing keeping it from a perfect 5.0 was the service. The service wasn't bad, but for a restaurant of this caliber and price point, you expect extremely attentive service. Courses were delivered well ahead of their wine pairings, and ahead of when our waiter (called our "captain") was ready to describe the dishes. He was a bit rushed which detracted from the atmosphere of a fine dining establishment. If they added more wait staff then they would reach perfection. Even so, this remains my favorite restaurant in Savannah (for special occasions).
