5 Star service through and through. Vic's on the River speaks elegance with stunning views of the waterfront. Vic's is rich in history, where they even found an old map of the Chattanooga Trail when doing renovations, that is now part of the wall on display behind glass. Vic's on the River from start to finish was superb. The staff are extremely attentive and really nice and accommodating. I recommend Vic's on the River to all for a stellar meal and a phenomenal atmosphere. 5 Star Service again and again. Savannah, GA is full of rich history and dining that you will never forget.

We ate too much! Everything was so good. Salad was larger than expected, i could not eat it all. I did not get pictures of our meal, I had shrimp scampi and my husband had the steak and fries. Will definitely go back!

My husband and I had a late lunch for our first afternoon in Savannah. I had forgotten that I had mentioned our anniversary on our reservation. We were seated at the best table! In the corner, by the windows overlooking the river. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. I had she-crab soup and blackened mahi tacos. I should have only had the soup, as it was so rich and filling! Took most of my meal back to our hotel. My husband had scallops over pearled couscous. He loved it, and could have had twice the serving! We were started off with biscuits and butter on the table. So yummy! As a lovely surprise, our server brought us the most delicious chocolate mousse dessert! We could barely finish it, as it was so rich, but we powered through! The service was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this beautiful spot.
