I’ve been eating at La Canasta for about 2 or 3 years now. It is always delicious and easily the best Mexican food around. Always friendly staff and the owner and his family are always there working hard to deliver the best and tastiest food around. I’ve had just about everything on the menu and I can honestly say don’t worry about what you pick because you’ll be back to finish out the menu!

Food is great at this place. We got the menudo and shrimp soup it was amazing. Also the tacos de cabeza with the red salsa was great. The Aguas fresca especially orchata its delicious.

My wife and i grew up in south Texas. True Mexican food is what this food is here. Very well prepared, very well served. Hot out of the kitchen. If you like spicy, this is the place for you, lots of love is put into this food
