I’m not sure which location the negative reviews are coming from.. but I have never had an issue with the midtown Savannah location. My food always tastes amazing and the customer service is great. They close at 10 so I rushed to my place my late dinner order and it came so quick, and it tastes amazing 🤩

Came in after probably the most miserable hour of my life in many years that caused a full on ugly-cry. The guy at the front desk, no questions asked, gave me a free cookie just looking at how upset I had been. It honestly did make a difference to my day. He went out of his way to extend a gesture of solidarity to a total stranger that was in pain and I will never forget how great felt. Thanks Jimmy John's team, from a local (previously hungry and sadface) vet tech.

Gotta say, I’m generally happy with these folks. I order from them often when I’m working a long shift and the sandwiches are always great for the price. Absolutely blows their competition out of the water with the amount of meat and veggies they stuff inside. They’re not always as fast as advertised, which is my only real complaint. The manager is always cool about it though and tries to make it right. If the food stays good, I’ll keep buying it.

I can only speak for the night time crew as they are the ones who typically take my order. Gotta say, these guys are pros. I order here online super frequently and the night shift are always super quick and make sure everything is right. There have been times where they run out of tea, which is a bummer because I love their tea, but they always call me to see if there is anything else I'd like. I get it because I do order super close to close time for these guys (sorry!) but I am super happy with their service at night. My sandwich is always right and the dude who always calls, John, sounds super nice. I know someone reads these, so please make sure they know someone appreciates their work!! There have been rare occasions that I order during the day and that is, understandably, slower. I'm talking I need to wait an hour or more for my food to arrive. Do take that into consideration for the lunch rush folks.

I visit this Jimmy John regularly because I work just down the road. I can always count on my sandwich being fresh. Even the day old bread is pretty fresh. I saw a review stating that one of the staff had the personality of a fence post, and I'm not sure who it's referencing because I don't know anyone's name, BUT, each and every time I have been in there the employees have always been polite. Besides I'm not sure what personality has to do with buying a sandwich. They aren't there to entertain you, so if your order gets taken in a polite and professional manner, what's the issue?
