Zinc Cafe is a delightful find in downtown Scottsdale. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the cozy yet modern ambience. The dining room is bathed in natural light with pops of colorful artwork on the walls. The space manages to feel upscale while still being casual and inviting. But it's the food that really shines at Zinc Cafe. The menu focuses on elevated comfort food made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor. The French onion soup was rich and deeply savory, with a perfect balance between the smoky broth and gooey cheese. The salmon was moist and flaky, served on a bed of creamy risotto. Even the Brussels sprouts had a delicious char and caramelization that made them addictive. The service matches the quality of the food. The staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. They have an excellent knowledge of the menu and provide spot-on recommendations to complement whatever you order. On a busy Saturday night, our server did an excellent job keeping our water glasses full and checking in at just the right intervals. Zinc Cafe offers an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
