I've been to the Ice Den many times and always found it to be well-maintained, clean and a fun environment. The bar/grill (18 Degrees) is top-notch and the pro shop is well-stocked and well-staffed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is one of the best rinks in a city with many options.

Our family has been skating at the Den multiple times a week for the last 7 years and cannot say enough good things about every aspect... the ice, the staff, the deep sense community between both hockey and figure skating, and the surrounding businesses (restaurants, pro shop, boutique) The rink is constantly striving to improve their already amazing facility now featuring the Sporfie app allowing spectators to capture the last 15 seconds of on ice happenings!
