A great Burger King. Everyone who works here is kind and courteous. They took our coupons with out problem. The drink machines and counters were clean. Its hardly busy in the lobby and there are not a lot of homeless people hanging out. The Icee machine was working excellent, I love the blue fanta flavor best. We had whoppers and fries, the whoppers were made correctly and the fries were hot and lightly colored. It was a good experience and we definitely will be back!

I have been to this Burger King numerous times. I have not been given a wrong order yet, however I have had to wait quite a while a couple times to order or to get the food after ordering. Overall on that though I'd say it's a good 9/10 are timely on each end maybe a 8.5 for the food being served after ordering. The staff generally are really nice and respectful people, but (and I understand completely) some days are bad days for people and that's OK. I try to look at an overall attitude, or in other words, what is the most common attitude, emotion(s) and interaction that is delivered upon all interactions had? So I like to give chances. 2/3 good is better than 1 or even 0 good visits obviously so I can feel better about a person even if there has been incidents if they aren't a "negative person" I guess you could say they would be.

I spent 15 minutes making my order and customizing 3 sandwiches. Once I completed the order and drove to the restaurant, somehow the order had nit gone through and was not saved. I ordered through the drive thru but some of the customizations were not actually done. The app for burgerking never seems to actually work as it should.
