I have a handful of breakfast places that I love in N Scottsdale, Carefree, and Cave Creek, but stopped in at the Windy City Cafe today due to location. I had dined at the previous breakfast place located here, which I considered average. We were pleasantly surprised and absolutely LOVED today's breakfast. We will be back!!!
