Just wanted to share a note about the staff at this McDonalds location. I went in around 8:15pm on 10/02/23 because I was double charged for a mobile order and the associate and manager that helped me were so pleasant. They both were so kind and helpful. If more people were like them, the world would be a better place. Thank you for your kindness.
This is a mini-McDonalds in a gas station. It has seating for about 6 people but was clean and newly refurbished. Normally I might have knocked a star from the atmosphere because there really isn't one here but the staff was courteous and the food was fresh and made to standard so I can't complain. Did not try the soda and they did not have apple pies ready but the fries, burger and nuggets we ordered were what we expected and will drop by here again if we need a bite on the run.
The Asian lady is fantastic, always happy, friendly, and willing to chat.
The tall young man, Michael, is fast, efficient, and easy to talk to about anything.
I have recently had the displeasure of reviewing what is, in my opinion, the worst McDonald's in America. I am pleased to now be reviewing what I believe to be the best McDonald's in America. The food was excellent and everything was piping hot and fresh. But if you follow my reviews you already know I'm not here to comment on the tastiness of the food. It's all about the atmosphere and this place has the greatest customer service team I have ever encountered in fast food. The gal in the drive thru is nothing short of Saturday Night Live material and I made a point of telling her so. She was astoundingly helpful in getting my hyper twice removed cousin to take a chill pill. At the end of the day I was sad to go but the whole group was excited to go someplace where we will most definitely get bitten by a rattlesnake. Luckily we left with a little parting gift
The vibe I got when I was there, was hurry up and leave. H could be wrong but there was no small talk or any at all just yes or no, also the food wasn't even hot was barely warm and they didn't even have they're mcflurrys or ice cream lame....
