Great General Tsao's. The General Tso's Chicken was great. One of the best I have had. The Teriyaki Chicken actually was one of the worst. The Teriyaki sauce had little flavor, and just tasted sweet. Overall, I would go back.
This restaurant serves the best vegetable tempura I've ever had! I also had the tofu teriyaki bowl and loved it--the sauce is just sweet enough; the rice was cooked perfectly; the tofu bits were lightly fried--I don't know what technique they used but I've never had tofu prepared this way--and the veggies were tasty. Great food, convenient location to outlet mall, fast service and big servings at low prices...what more could you ask for?
Nice staff, clean tables, nice sized portions. I had the Beef Teriyaki Bowl and I really enjoyed the steamed veggies, rice and sauce. Unfortunately, two large strips of my beef had gristly fat strippings and could not be eaten. I would definitely go back, but I would do chicken over beef.

Pros, sushi roll was good, the beef was sweet & saucy, the rice was good, and the salad was nice with a rice vinegar dressing was refreshing.
Cons, the tempura batter was a bit thick, slightly soggy by the time we got back to hotel, but to be expected..also on vacay, so picking a good restaurant is hard to do.
I got the Hawaiian Roll. I liked the slices of tuna on top, with a crab & cream cheese mixture & cucumber inside. The tuna was fresh, I should have asked for spicy mayo & eel sauce on the side, if they had it. Food was fresh.
They have Ramune like drinks.
Nicely packed for our trip back to hotel room. The food was on par for most of the restaurants around here, what we ordered was sufficiently healthy for on the road dining.

Terrance at Seaside location was super friendly and helpful, he knows how to engage with customers well. Would recommend the Fuji roll, so good!
on 2/27/21 my grandson and I went to Cannon Beach and Seaside to do some hiking and photos and then sushi for lunch. We were not familiar with any of the options googled, but we chose Tokyo Teriyaki. It was easy access at the mall, both indoor and outdoor covered seating. Doors to enter the restaurant separate from mall and hallway to enter the mall to the restrooms so they were easily accessible as well. The staff was friendly and expedient. Service was great and the sushi was good. The tempura veggies were exceptional! They had yams, asparagus and a Japanese pepper included in the veggies and it was light, crisp, not greasy and very tasty. We would not only go back again anytime in that area, but would make a trip to eat there!
I was in Seaside for the weekend and was looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon this restaurant! The food was delicious! Definitely will be eating here again when in town!

Two locations. This was in the Seaside outlet Mall. The other is in Astoria. Generous servings. Good food. Big menu. Something for everyone. Great staff. Astoria location is a local favorite. Check hours for the Astoria location. They are closed between lunch & Happy Hour
Good food!! Definitely recommended! Had the teriyaki chicken and it was delicious. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, and staff or the lady that took our order was very nice and friendly.
