This is my go-to sushi spot. Comfortable, low key casual dining. They have great specials at reasonable prices; friendly staff; and the place itself has a great atmosphere. Monday's you'll find a line most evenings: due to the fact that they have $1 nigiri night. Yes that's right; piece of fish on a ball of rice for a dollar. It isn't a minuscule piece either. Quite large for nigiri in the area. It doesn't stop there: they have excellent cooked food, beef and chicken teriyaki, and one of my favorites is their udon. I am a sucker for good soup and noodles though. I hope y'all enjoy this place as much as I do.

Once you've eaten here, you don't need to go to any other sushi places, this is the best! When they first opened, I thought "another sushi place ready to close". Not so. It's been around longer than I expected, and the crowds of people keep coming bigger, and bigger. The positive reviews are true. I've never had so much fish on my plate ever! I remember other places, I would spend out my wallet, and leave hungry. Here, I'm stuffed, and have got to force myself to finish, because I don't want to leave anything on my plate! The fish is fresh. The amount unmatched by any other sushi place anywhere. I've worked for a Japanese company and have been eating sushi since the early '80's. This is the best. Don't mind the waiters. They're harried by so may people coming here, and making sure you get everything you ordered. True, if I worked here, I'd probably go crazy. And they have specials, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. If your a sushi lover, you'll love it here.
Cozy place to have a casual sushi dinner. The appetizer selection is average but the rolls selection shines! Too many choices to pick from. Be sure to try any deep fried roll, they are so good. They unagi nigiri. Hot sake is a great addition to the meal. I wish they would offer complementary side of edamame. We arrived around 40 min before closing but never felt rushed. Recommended.
Wow it was amazing! The sushi was delicious literally still drooling looking at my pictures! We ordered stuffed crab jalapenos, teriyaki chicken, veggie udon, and a spicy tiger roll!!!
I have to go back for dessert bas I had no more room but food was excellent! Fresh, hot, delicious! Not to mention excellent service! Happy staff with incredible smiles and service!!! I can't wait to go back!
Good experience. Service was really good and fast. Typical American sushi place. For 4 speciality roles spent about 65 $ plus tip.

Had a fantastic visit for early dinner here after the last Indycar 500 race of the season at Leguna Seca. Arrived around 5pm and was able to be seated without a weight. Every dish we had was fantastic and prices were quite reasonable. The combo dishes were a great value for money. Ordered the sashimi platter and was given some very high quality fish at a great price. Quick service and plenty of parking outside.
First time here I really enjoyed the food. Definitely larger than normal portions. Great value for the portions. Quality is great.
Great lunch specials at affordable price! Employees are polite. The food has a great taste! Do not park on the green painted spaces, apparently the liquor store next to it is not nice about it.
This is our go to place for sushi. The staff is very friendly. The food is always delicious. They also add new rolls all the time to the menu. I always like to order one new roll each time and it's always delicious.
Sushi Time has quickly become our go to sushi spot in Monterey. Service is quick, sushi is consistent and good. Dine in and take out both had good quality meals.

Cute, cute, delicious place! Almost everything was delicious! Gyoza was just fair. Locals know it is good here too. Little strip mall with limited parking-which always seemed to be enough, I noticed.
Clean restaurant, nice restroom, nicely decorated, Good background music, and nice variety on the menu. Lunch specials, dinner specials--check it out!
