This beautiful upscale restaurant is never lacking. Between the warmth of the wood and the skill of the bartender and chef... you will not be disappointed. I had grilled swordfish, baby carrots, polenta, and pearl butter with a world class dirty martini. Complete perfection!!

We were on the hunt for another restaurant that served oysters and this restaurant popped up! We’re so glad we stopped in. Brent, our bartender, was excellent! He made sure our cups were always full and that we selected the right cocktails to our tastes. The food was also delicious. We did order a dozen Kusshi oysters. They had two selections to choose from. The calamari was unique but good! If you’re interested in delicious cocktails and oysters, stop in. I would recommend making reservations. Even though we had reservations, they had a tough time finding a table for us.

Delightful food and gracious service from Jelena made for a special evening. My burger was excellent; my wife’s scallops were exceptional as was her Endive salad; and Jelena made excellent recommendations for both wine and desserts.

The best part of our visit to Shuckers was a tie between the clam chowder and our waiter Rishi - both out of this world! Lady at the front was also extremely helpful in letting me know what was safe to eat (I’m pregnant!) The clam chowder was really just insanely good. Also split the crab cakes and the halibut, both 10/10. I would skip the lobster mac. Ambiance was amazing, such a neat place can’t wait to come back!

Very old school upmarket oyster house. Tremendously enjoyed the experience, like a blast from the past. Would recommend the scallops, clams, baked oysters, lobster Mac & cheese dish. Service was genuine & prompt!

Schuckers was truly the best meal my husband and I have had since visiting Seattle, not to mention the wonderful staff who were so welcoming. Mama Lee was especially wonderful, she accommodated our newborn with a great seating arrangement and was plainly delightful. Highly recommend! The oysters and chocolate cake were my favorite but don’t pass on the shrimp cocktail, also fantastic!

Sour dough bread was freshly baked and warm. Oysters were fresh, nicely presented, and tasty. Ciopini for dinner. Very nice flavor with outstanding chunks of fish, scallops, and shrimp. The desert black and blue berry tart was amazing.

All the seafood were fresh. We had dungeness crab cakes and oysters. Clam chowder had a lot of clams. Gem salad was crispy and dressing was just right. Tried the creme brulee and it one of the best cdeme brulee I've had. Top was thin and crispy the filling was creamy. Service was fast.

Absolutely amazing experience. The servers went above and beyond. They recommended one of the fish specials and it was one of the best dishes I have ever had. In addition, they did an amazing job accommodating my nut allergy. They called the pastry chef as well as their supplier to verify what had nuts and adjusted menu items to ensure I could eat them. I highly highly recommend you visit this restaurant if you want to enjoy a lovely night out.

Friendly staff, delicious food, and a upscale yet unpretentious atmosphere. I loved eating here. My waitress, Darla, is such a doll….just as sweet as can be. She recommended things and was right every time. The Cioppino was out of this world and they had a Dungeness crab cocktail that was amazing! I had the Olympic Mule cocktail, which was delicious and refreshing. I’ll definitely be back!

The only thing better than the steak was the service. I don't know my waiters name, but he was awesome. The food was fantastic. Scotch menu, top notch. You won't go wrong.

I’ve lost count of the times I’ve frequented this wonderful restaurant. There aren’t enough restaurants that just nail it every time like Shuckers. Raw oysters done right, cocktails done right, service is always excellent and it’s located in my favorite Hotel in the city …The Fairmont. Scallops are delicious, basically anything you order will be worthwhile. I will always recommend this establishment and will always keep coming back.

After years of living in Seattle I finally came across this gem! Classy restaurant and bar within a historic hotel, and it felt really welcoming. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered roasted brussel sprouts to nibble along with my drink, and I dare say they were some of the best I have ever had! I'll definitely be back for their oyster happy hour, which is between 3 and 5pm.

Fantastic food, expertly prepared, and attentively served. The entire house is staffed with professionals. Fresh oysters without a bit of shell, great house martini, and a cioppino that warmed the soul. You will be cared for here.
