One of the best omakase experiences I've ever had. Chef really knows his fish, and lovingly takes diners on a journey on the fish, how it was chosen, aged and prepared. Watching him prepare and plate the fish was also a real treat. It's rather hypnotizing. Everything feels very intimate and more like you're eating dinner at a friend's very nice home. Assuming of course, that your friend also had access to some of the best fish available. Highly recommend, will come back.
