Yum! My first time having this mini chain. I ordered the Spicy Braised Tofu. It’s nice to see clearly marked vegan or veggie options on the menu. Makes it easy for those with a plant based diet. Veggies cooked just right and also the dressing is really tasty. It was super simple to order and was ready so quick. Only downside is that it is takeaway only - no bowls or plates to eat in. Not exactly sustainable when you can have an option to dine in and not use take away materials.

This place makes a great vegan sandwich. It's sustainable and locally sourced. The ciabatta bread they used is also 100% plant based and soft on inside which I like. Would definitely reccomend for a quick bite on the go.

Nice lunch spot with plenty of vegan/GF options. I got a GF pesto chicken sandwich. Even though it was lunchtime, I only waited about 5 mins. The sandwich was still warm about 5-10 mins later when I had a chance to eat it and it was really good! It was a little expensive but that seems to be a theme for Seattle.
