Update: Rob was helpful to hear about the issue and promised to get the dishwasher replaced. Took some time but did turn around with some positive maintenance. Appliances are really old and that is not the problem IF they work. I asked to get the dishwasher fixed MULTIPLE times and after each try it still doesn’t work. I asked to replace it since this is not acceptable and wasting lots of time, electricity and energy. Also always had issues with elevators not working. Wasted huge amounts of time during move-in due to this. Weekend staff is temporary and does not know what they are doing.

I recently moved to Seattle from the East Coast, which has been a stressful process. However, the entire Olivian team went above and beyond to assist! I toured the building virtually and completed the lease online. The building is clean, in a great location, and with excellent amenities.

My wife and I have loved living here and wish we could stay longer - but my career is taking me out of Seattle. Cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. Friendly staff, large apartments, great amenities (gym, dog area, multiple common areas, secure mail just to name a few). If it’s in your budget, seriously consider checking this place out for your next place to live.
