Better to order online with ChowNow but I was hungry and my phone was dead. Jemil's Big Easy at the Seattle Commissary Kitchen to the rescue! When Jemil brought a pickup order to the SCK window I asked if he could hook me up with some grub. He said sure and made me the Best Shrimp Po' Boy and Jambalaya I've ever had.

We just had our wedding catered by Jemil's Big Easy. The food was beyond amazing. The Cajun mac and cheese specifically was perfect. Jemil and Bethany were extremely helpful and accommodating during the stressful days leading up to the wedding, no matter how annoying we got. Jemil always answered the phone when I called him. And at the last minute when I remembered that some of my guests couldn't have pork he helped me figure out substitutions for that as well. They treated us like family. If you love the food and are looking for a caterer for any event, I highly recommend this place.

This is by far Seattle's best truck. Chef Jemil is awesome and the food is sooooo good! The fried Shrimp Po-Boy even better than New Orleans, and the Jambalaya is too yummy. The Gumbo is super smoky delish. I eat here whenever I can. I can't get enough.
