Orded the pad thai with beef, spicy level 4, to-go Size: enough for 1 to be full, not overpriced based on size Taste: at level 4 spicy, still sweet more than spicy. Beef itself tastes pretty good. Sprouts and carrots slices are fresh Service: easy to order, efficient comm

You happen to be in Bellevue for work and decide... To go for a walk outside your hotel to look for some grub... You said to yourself," I need a good meal". And then you come across Rice n Spice. They go by 4 star spicy rating. I do have a VERY high heat tolerance. I can comfortably chow down on a #3 spicy level at Orochon in LA. You never know the spice level at Thai places I went with a three to be safe. It was a little kick but definitely not nose running or lips getting numb spicy. I would say for my spice level this was a 5.5. but I have friends that may have rated this spicy eight or nine. LOL. I guess what I'm saying is if you really like spicy's food go for a four-star or ask if they even have a five. If they ask you if you want the roti you will say yes. I was able to eat half the roti and half the pad thai for dinner and was able to reheat the rest for breakfast. The noodles are not typical wider tagliatelle wide noodles. These are quite thinner so it was a little different. But tasted great. I went with the Beef Pad Thai. I tried to take the most, long day of travel just you in your hotel room meal shot, that I could do lol.

Very good food! You get so much food, you can't eat it all in one sitting. We tried the garlic lovers (one chicken and one tofu), the pot stickers, and the Veggie spring rolls. All of it was delicious!! Bottle of water was only $1.50 which is a very good deal around here. You do have to request soy sauce if you get rice but the guys working were friendly. The restaurant was clean and felt like they took precautions seriously. Only take out but the containers kept the food hot by the time we walked back to our hotel a few blocks away in 39 degree weather.
