Friendly staff and great atmosphere if you like the nostalgia of the 50's. I had the open face turkey sandwich and it was just ok. However, I was not happy with the price of drinks, $3 for a soda seems high, but you do get free refills. May visit again and try a burger. Overall, nice experience.

Small but lovely old school looking diner with all the 50s decorations, flyers, and photos! They were busy and understaffed so it was slower than should be but it's a great place for that real diner feeling! Food was great and portions hearty! Would go here again!

Papa's 50's Diner definitely stands out while driving on highway 90! I'm not an Arizona native (just here for vacation) and I saw the diner and it immediately drew my attention to eat there! I love how it's a real "old fashioned" diner from the 50's inside and out! They have breakfast all day which is great. I had a burger with a strawberry milkshake. It was perfect and staff was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend especially to tourists!!
