I live in a multiple apartment complex, my order was marked "delivered", after about 30 minutes and no food, I decided to call the store.Whoever the manager on duty was, she knocked it out of the park. Super calm and patient, (I simply asked where my food was), she said that she wanted to re-make my order and would be sending a fresh delivery my way, and would have my driver call me when they arrive.

The employees do their best to get every order right even though they're understaffed. Company runs a skeleton crew most of the time but the employees make up for it with extra effort. Love the $6 medium carry out deal too. With that the quality/price ratio exceeds the standard.
A really bad storm came through this area and electricity was out in this general vicinity. I checked into a hotel nearby and ordered and came over. They were short staffed and running super behind due to electricity having been out and orders being messed up in the system. People were very angry and canceling orders while I was there. The staff were very nice and kept good spirits up and got me my order as soon as they could. I wanted to put a review hoping the manager sees this. Everyone working tonight on may 12th should be recognized for working so hard during all this craziness and with storms continuing and people being angry with something they could not control. Coming from Florida with hurricanes and having had no electricity for days at a time I get it and appreciate them working hard.
