Order was placed together so careless, I ordered two warm sandwiches they both were cold. Waited 20 mins just for my order to be wrong. Called three times to let manager know no answer.

Breakfast chipotle chicken wrap to go, at 9:41am, I was practically the only person here in the morning. Staff was socializing and not pay attention to anything at all. My sandwich was just barely warm. And when I asked them to warm it up again they acted like I was speaking a foreign language..
Horrible customer service for this chain.

Food is good, the wait is long and they are consistently out of something. I mostly use the drive thru. But they are usually spot on with the food. The Manchester location tends to screw up the order, so i no longer go there

Probably the fanciest Panera Bread I've been to. I mean, it's still fast-casual, but if you're going to visit a Panera Bread location, this one is one of the better ones. It's relatively quieter, not ever overwhelmingly busy, and tends to always be in stock.

I had a bowl of broccoli cheddar and decided to try the new Mac and cheese grilled cheese. The soup was good as always but I had to spit out the Mac and cheese sandwich. It tasted like degreaser or some sort of cleaning chemical was in the bread or Mac and cheese. I would not recommend it.

Staff is friendly. Food is ready on time. Clean and well stocked. Coffee is hot. Would highly recommend. The Chipotle chicken flatbread is the best. The chipotle chicken sandwich doesnt taste like it use to.

Idk how this is acceptable iv been here a few times and have had sandwiches where fine but then I get a order like this all sloppy and falling apart. its a shame seems like the cooks just don't care.
