Tim Hortons

It's always a hit or miss on the coffee. Usually it's perfect other times I can tell it's either been sitting there for too long or it hasn't finished brewing. And I sware I can order the same amount of cream and sugar and not everyone is doing it the same. Sometimes it's too much cream. Sometimes it's not enough sugar. Even tho I ordered it exactly the same each time. It confuses me. 😕

I love going here, but I've had a bad experience. I made an order at 4:37 in the afternoon and it turns out that it was already closed, I went to the store a few days later and the girl told me that she was going to leave it in the system so that I could pick it up whenever I wanted. now I went to pick it up today and "the supervisor" it was sooo RUDE, he said that it was no longer available that they can only keep it after a week has passed. so I lost my money without product? I asked for the manager and he was not there, I will continue fighting my order, i will take them to court! 🙂☕️

i worked at this location for 8 months. when I started things were indeed pretty bad, but management really got a grasp on what was going on and we have really become way better staff wise. drive through can be slow, but the reason is because we are sometimes understaffed. we do our best to make our customers happy, and as for me, I put my all into the place. I loved my coworkers and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. they treated me like family (most of the time) and highly appreciated all the hard work I put into the store. I had to leave for other reasons not pertaining to the store and I will greatly miss all of them. I am happy to say, this Tim Hortons is one of the best ever. thank you for everything

This is my third time here, what a Pleasant Experience the staff was very friendly, cheerful, and friendly! At the time I was there Mike from Monroe MI was making a delivery 📦 drop off of supplies! WOW 😲 You should see the hustle in this young mans step and his Pleasant personality! The store is very clean, the entire staff Very Friendly! What A Great Way To Start A Morning! Oh Ya the selection and taste of their doughnuts 🍩 is GREAT 👍! My previous two experiences have been with the drive thru and it was a very positive experience each time!

The owner of this Tim Hortons is becoming so unprofessional. He is the owner of a few and they are constantly closing different times every day. I should not have to run all over this city to another closed Tim Hortons. I get you are short staffed but instead of having 10 people in the morning how about you spread them out and if they can't work the shift you need that is to bad. What ever happened to the owner working at their business. Seriously finding a new coffee spot as much as I come and spend daily and half the time I waste money because it is not made properly it is jist overall annoying. Not just me saying this either. Yall need to seriously get it togeyher. How about set certain times even if you close early and update them on google. So tired of wasting time and mo ey with this owners locations.
