My husband placed an online catering order for my birthday at the North Pines location. We have ten people in our family! We came in and it had accidentally got missed between shifts. It would be about 10-15 minutes to fill the order. The employee, obviously on his lunch, sprang into the kitchen to help. The gentlemen at the counter continued to serve the line with extreme kindness and patience. It happens, right?! Within 10 minutes both gentlemen came out with the order again apologetic. Returning to his lunch, the springy young man wished me a happy 21st birthday. Good play, son! I’m not thankful because the fixed a problem.
