This was the first time I've ever been to Frank's, and it will definitely not be the last either! The food and service was great. I had the spicy creole omelet with hashbrowns, and it was the best decision I ever made. I normally don't eat omelets with seafood in it, but the lobster gave it a great flavor. Every single bite was just bursting with flavor. It also came with a biscuit, and I'll give you a tip... order a side of gravy, and you won't regret it. The mimosas are delightful too. I left there with a good buzz. The atmosphere was welcoming, and all the staff were friendly and all greeted us as we walked by. Our waitress was sweetheart, didn't miss a beat, and gave us everything we asked for. Everything was just amazing!

My family an I ate here after an appointment on a Friday morning. The place was slammed, and we found out why! Cinnamon french toast was fantastic! Good coffee and the service was excellent!!! Our server was so sweet and was meeting a need before we could ask! Great place for breakfast with a fun train-car history!!! 5 stars! :0)

My friend Larry bought my breakfast at Franks. Imagine a "Waffle House" with less grease, housed in a train car, with great servers... This is Franks. I had the delicious spicy veggie scramble, hash browns, and wheat toast -- excellent!
