First time eating inside the restaurant , my daughters and i visited the Francis location on a Sunday afternoon , cool staff and the interior is fancy looking compared to other fast food joints ,I'll be coming here more often !!!

Food was delicious, order was correct through the drive through. Even the root beer was perfect. I don't eat here often but I might upgrade it in my rotation after this recent visit. Love the beef and cheddar and curly fries.

First off I want to start off by saying thank you to the crewmembers that were working there tonight it was extremely busy and they all were handling it like a professional. It was nice to walk into a clean restaurant a place employees seem to take pride in working for. They all were super nice. The staff were all joking laughing having a good time during the dinner rush. Which was unusual for me to see in fast food. I enjoyed my visit today. Thank you to all of you. Oh and the food was good as always and very well made

This location is a CF from the parking lot to the drive through, you take your life in your own hands trying to get in and out. Although the drive through always seems to be wrapped around the building they do move it pretty quickly. Food is always amazing. Love Arby's.

The food is like what you see in the commercials perfectly made,the staff is always super friendly to me and fast ! This Arby's has been in Spokane for 30 years or more it's always been ran by great people because they sure know how to do customer service.
