Pancho's is fantastic. The food is always hot and fresh and they are not light handed with the amount of tequila in a margarita! I have never in almost ten years had a bad meal here. The waiters are super friendly and we always have great service. Way better than La Hacienda, Tito's, Amigo's or any other Mexican restaurant.

Always look forward to eating here. Pancho's has a wonderful selection of entrees to choose from so you never get tired of "the same old thing". My wife and I have frequented this restaurant for 10 years and I can honestly say we have never had any complaints. I food is always served without having an unreasonable wait, it is always hot, the wait staff is very friendly and they offer various forms of entertainment throughout the week. If you like Mexican food I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Best Mexican in the area!. It's the best Mexican food in the Spring Hill area. Takeout orders are as good as eating in. Recommend the steak nachos, the grilled chicken or grilled steak quesadilla (off the side orders menu), and the queso. Always a favorite!
