My family and I just left the Spring Hill location where we were obviously not welcomed. My daughter asked to taste a flavor, the employee prepared the sample cup and gave it to my daughter and walked away. We waited 3 minutes and the employee returned and my daughter asked to sample another flavor and again the same routine. The last time the employee remained in the back for more than 5 minutes. My family were the only 3 people in the entire store. We eventually left and when we left the employee came from the back and continued cleaning. No explanation. Nothing. We have eaten at 32 Degrees and similar chains and were greeted upon arrival, prepared our sample cups, purchased our yogurt and became valuable customer members. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of customer service. We won't return.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment the other day! My little boy had just been to the dentist for a big procedure. He wanted gummy bears in his yougurt. I was concerned that the gummy bears would freeze when in the yogurt and be to hard for him to eat with his new dental work. The lovely cashier allowed me to take a seperate cup and put a few gummy bears in it for my little man. She was so sweet and helpful! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I will be back for other sweet treats! : ) Great experience!
