The food is always excellent . The staff is fantastic .I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order no matter how busy it was. This week is the first time for me to try their ice cream it is the best that I have tasted in 20 years . Sally Levan
We had just had a less than stellar customer service experience getting our car serviced at a local dealership which made the outstanding experience we had at St Augustine Chic-Fil-A even more pleasant. Our order inside was quickly taken, and even though the drive-up line was around the building it too was moving quickly. Once at our table our order arrived very quickly, and we were checked on several times to find out if everything was alright. This and the quality of the food is why Chic Fil A is our favorite fast food restaurant. Thank you for brightening our day.
Always, always, always have a good, clean, happy, and satisfactory experience here. Food is delicious and brought to our table, employees are polite, friendly, and very warm and welcoming. Both the restaurant and the play place are always clean and kid-friendly. The location is almost always packed when we go during normal lunch or dinner hours, but even with lines backed up and the drive thru line wrapped around the building, service is always held to prior expectations and we are in and out in no time. Best Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to, hands down.
Piping hot, delicious food. Fast and Friendly service. The young man (I think his name was Trevis) who helped find us a seat and held the door open for us was the most poilite and courteous man I have ever met. If he was our president, there would be a lot less problems!!! Highly Recommend!
Chick-fil-a is my favorite fast food restaraunt and this is my VERY favorite cfa. The service is outstanding, without fail and the food is always top notch. They really go above and beyond.

I go there all the time and the food is always fresh, the staff is so friendly and they almost always say "Have a blessed day!" I like that they honor the sabbath and close for Sunday, wow, what money grubbing place would do that these days? Well Chick-fil-A that's who!
