Love these folks! So friendly, professional and made my dining experience a pleasure. I always order online then when I arrive my sandwich is ready so I grab it up then grab a table. Arrived 20 minutes earlier than I expected and a nice young man make my sandwich right away.. It was perfect and delicious. I had the New York steamer. I appreciate you guys, Merry Christmas.

I was in the store recently and William made my sandwich. He was so polite and my hook and ladder was the best I’ve ever had! He made me feel so welcome into the restaurant and his customer service was top notch!

Everything turns out good and I get what I'm asking for. I always use the Rapid Rescue to get it. Just don't expect it to be at the time your email gives you. It's always 15 minutes later from that time the past 3 times I've gone. I don't know if they're just starting online orders too late or what. Sometimes, I think I'd get it at the same time if I just went up to the counter. Otherwise, everything is fine. -Last time I went it was pretty on the mark. Changing my review from 4 to 5. :)
