Love that they have a lot of sugar free syrups! 2pm-4pm is happy hour with half price drinks. Service is a bit slow but order was correct and staff were personable.

This was our very first time at Sonic. We drove in looked over the menu for a bit and then pushed the red button to order. We waited awhile, watched other people walk up get waited on on and get their shakes etc. I looked over and the time had expired on the screen and it said when ready to order push the red button, so again we push the red button. After continuing to wait and no one taking our order and other people coming and we knew they saw us from inside I get very frustrated. We decided to go through the drive thru. The food did not live up to the hype by any means. Jumbo chicken bites? They are not even big and so hard you can not even chew them. Big dissapointment in the food and staff. Won't be going to Sonic again.

I ordered a couple drinks and had to wait in line for 15 minutes behind 2 cars. Definitely slowest sonic experience I've had, especially for drinks. NEW NOTE 4/12/22 : Having to wait 30 minutes for 2 burgers when there is no other cars is ridiculous. Not returning after this.

One of our orders wasn’t acknowledged for a while, the servers were alright. It seems like that had a rough day. The food was good for a sonic, and it was pretty clean. We were able to eat on the benches outside and it was pretty good! Once the orders were put in the food came out fairly quickly

The service took over 45 minutes and we even ordered online. But wait there’s more… because we ordered ice cream slushes with our corn dogs they let our drink melt before bringing it out! Then when asked if they would remake the ice cream slushee because the slushee part was melted the manager Carmen said NO! She stated it was fine she was rude worse yet my 4 year old couldn’t even drink it because it was just a melted mess!!! If I could give negative stars I would! The manager is the rudest person I have ever met in customer service! I do plan on calling corporate… we won’t be going back even for the ice cream slushes! I’ve never been more disgusted by a fast food restaurant in my life. The manager is a joke and rude the ice cream was melted and the bathrooms were trashed…. If I were you I would NOT EAT HERE!

This place was great. Over 30 of us showed up after a wedding. Though I'm sure it was overwhelming they handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. Even when some of the kitties were running around pushing order buttons before we could stop them!
Sonic is always great. The drinks are excellent and their cheaper prices at certain times of the day makes it even better!
