Outback Steakhouse

First time here was a good experience. It wasn’t crowded & my waiter encouraged me & my date to take our time & enjoy our stay it was no rush. My waiter was a big reason why the experience was good with his personality & going above & beyond with his customer service. The food was delicious I had the Toowoomba Salmon & it was really good topped with shrimp, mushrooms & creole sauce with a Strawberry Kiwi Rita for the drink which was also delicious. For dessert I ordered the Thunder & Lightning & that was good too everything was just good, my order was correct wasn’t nothing wrong & can’t wait to go back again.

Food and service were wonderful. We enjoyed our evening out. I had chicken fingers and he wanted a steak. The steak was tender but my mac m cheese was not good. Idk what it needs but just starting over with it. Not cheesy, not cooked enough, not seasoned and had the nerve to have an up charger for "steakhouse mac n cheese" 🙄🙄

I ordered blooming onion and chicken & shrimp pasta this evening on line for curbside pickup. Online confirmation said my order would be ready at 7:26pm. I arrived at 7:29pm but my order wasn't ready until 8:04pm. Once I received the brown bag with food, I sat the bag on my car seat to make sure everything I ordered was there. When I pickup blooming onion container, it had grease at the bottom that soaked through the bag and on my car seat. It was so much grease that I could have cooked another meal with it. I told the lady that delivered bag about the grease soaked through the bag onto my seat and that I needed napkins. She brought me another bag instead of napkins. Luckily I found a napkin in my car to clean the seat. Once I arrived home and opened the blooming onion container it was soaked with grease. It wasn't a blooming onion anymore, its a wilted onion. The chicken & shrimp pasta was "just alright." I ordered the same meal last Saturday, dine in service and it was delicious. Curbside pickup was not a good idea.

On Sunday, May 29th around 4:30pm, a group of about 30 of us dined at this Outback Steakhouse location in Stockbridge to celebrate a sister in the Lord’s birthday. Tiffany, the site manager if I’m not mistaken, explained that they were undergoing shift changes so they were short of servers. To assist with accommodating our large group, she joined the wait staff to take our orders and serve our group. The food came out really fast and everything we had was delicious. Tiffany and Michael, our other server, provided us with exceptional service. Not only did we get to enjoy a good time of fellowship, but we also received great service and delicious food.

I love this location. Our waitress Jessica B was amazing. I will definitely look for her next time I come it. Not a lot of super servers now a days but she is one of the few. She’s attentive, friendly, smiles and I never had to look for her she came to us. The food was perfect an every bite was delicious.
