I like their smoothies, but id say not enough to give five stars. Just wish it were a bit sweeter. I always get a strawberry smoothie and its sweet but sort of washed out at the same time. Service is rather friendly though!

I came into Jamba on 2/2 around 8ish to get a FRESHLY squeezed Orange Carrot juice and that is not what I was given. I asked the girl at register to make sure I got FRESH juice because there’s times I come and they give me juice from a container. My juice did not taste fresh and I wasn’t able to taste the orange because who knows how long that orange juice had been sitting there. If I could rate it a zero I would.

I went to place a mobile order and I noticed they charge $1 service fee to place a mobile order. I had a $3 reward, which turned into a $2 reward due to the service fee. I also noticed the drinks here are an extra 50 cents more than The Jamba Juice on Trinity and it doesn’t charge a service fee for placing an order through the app.

Today I went to jumbo juice at Lincoln center location, when I entered in the store manager of this location told me that I can order maximum up to 5 orange juices in one order I thought may be they have shortage of oranges. I placed my order that makes total of 10 items and was charged 88$ today and when I placed my order after that I asked the cashier and another employee that I was told about to have only 5 max order of orange juices and they were surprised and replied me that they never heard about it but they will ask the manager . Then they went to their manager and asked about it the manager named Reglaey said yes I told her about it. But when I asked her Is it ok if I can place another order and pay for it but she said I have to wait until the remaining customer will get their order first . That is not make a sense . I usually went to this location and placed always big orders more than $100 . I told the manager that I will not coming back to this location no more. I don’t think this kind of behavior towards the daily customer is good . She is so rude .
