Best grilled chicken sandwich I've ever had. The staff are very friendly. You're treated as if you're in a fancy restaurant, not a fast food joint. I highly recommend the Strongsville Chick-fil-a.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! My husband and I went there Saturday to meet with a wonderful family, whose 3 year old daughter Kelcey has leukemia, to give her some awesome gifts from an organization called #goldrushcurefoundation . I wanted to inform the manager what was going on just so they knew and they went above and beyond. Made sure we had plenty of space, asked about little Kelcey and their family and there son Caleb. Paid for a meal for every one. Goodies for the kiddos. Lisa was awesome! She took pictures, made sure we had everything we wanted. I love this place! Thank you again to everyone at chik fil a from the bottom of our hearts! You really made the day extra special.

Let me tell you about Luke at Chic-fil-A in Strongsville... As many of you know, we are without power. So we got out of the house as soon as my children woke to find warmth and food. It was just after 9:30 when we got here and they were only serving from their breakfast menu. My son was not happy with his meal. He wasn't quiet about it either. It was not what he was used to as we usually only come at lunch or dinner time. So I sat here, a struggling mom for sure. Keeping my crying at a minimum. Trying to appease him. Trying to keep my daughter from blaming herself. She wanted to come here. I go up to the counter, almost afraid to ask for waffle fries. Luke sees my struggles as I'm sure every person in there did. "Not a problem", he says. He also took care of the whole bill. Later came to check on us after a few minutes, and requested that when my children were finished that they can go behind the counter to make their own ice cream. He also brought them each a stuffed cow. I have never had a bad experience here. Their customer service is always stellar. Luke literally went above and beyond today. It may not mean much to you, but it should. #Itsakindnessthing
