Applebee's

This evening our waitress was Charlee. And let me just tell you she was a doll and such an amazing waitress. She had been working doubles and been having a rough night. But I’m glad we got her as a waitress. She was thoughtful and quick. An amazing team player. Waitress’ go unrecognized a lot. I would just like to share we had an awesome experience because of Charlee. Thank you.

Me an my husband has ate with Sullivan Applebee's more than a dozen times and have always had a great experience and great waiters yet this last time we went on April 1st 2022 an order the full rack of ribs and green beans and fries and it was horrible the ribs was overly cooked like that tops of the ribs were burnt black an there was also not meat on the ribs either and what little meat that was on the ribs was all nasty a stringy an the green beans tasted horrible and then also the fries were soggy and cold. And with the price that we paid for our food there shouldn't have been any reason it was so nasty an so dissatisfying almost wanna say we'll never go back there. And yet after we left I had called up to Applebee's and asked if they'd remake our food an I had gotten told no they can't do that since we didn't eat at the dinner but we tried too eat in but they made us leave because that had like 30 minutes or so until they closed. But Im honestly not sure if we'll ever go back seen as how they don't like to fix their mistakes.

We were quickly seated, and left the restaurant 15 minutes later when no one came to greet us or take our drink order. This is the first time I've returned to an Applebee's in 25 years. Maybe I'll try Applebee's in another 25 years. I have no idea how the food tastes, so I can only rate on the service

Everytime I and my family have went here the food is good and things are fine. Today, however, whenever we walked in and said we needed a table for 5, the girl going to seat us rolled her eyes. I just left. I get it when you're swamped, but they were not that busy. There is no need to be rude. I get it that we're all fat and all but there is no need to roll your eyes, jeesh.

Came in and waited at the host stand for a hot minute. I ordered a Caesar salad with extra croutons. Received no croutons. The manager dropped my food off and I told her I ordered extra croutons and she said, “okay I’ll get that right out for you”. Waited 5 minutes and she was doing other things and never brought them. The server finally came back after another 5 minutes or so and after I asked for them again she brought me them. The salad was very dry and it needed more dressing. There was also a lot of bad and dead lettuce. It’s very dead here but my server is no where to be found. Those are inconveniences but not the biggest issue. They are training a lot of new staff. A new busser got “cut” in front of everyone . They asked if she needed help clocking out, she clocked out and walked out and then an older server asked her, “did you do your side work?” Which is a valid question but he waited until she clocked out and was already outside. There were a bunch of servers standing around not doing anything. And he felt the need to make her do it. He heard them say she was cut, he was standing right there. He saw her clocking out, let her walk out, and then decided to say something. He gave me bad vibes all around. The new busser was doing good the entire time I was here and he stood around making starky comments and jokes about her to the new servers. The same older server was eating/ or chewing something while he was on the floor handing food out. Another one was on her phone on the floor, and a different one had her hair down on her shoulders. When working in the food industry all of those things are violating health standards. This store is very unprofessional. But they had good music playing so they get 2/5 stars.
