Clean place, nice set up and happy workers. If you need a place for breakfast to start your day this is it. If you are craving a good food and a good service, you will be satisfied. I went there for the first time, and I will go back. Yes the food was that good. I’m not a coffee guy but even their decaf coffee taste excellent. Be nice to the waitresses

The table/seats were messy with crumbs and there was gunk in between the booth seat and where you put your back. We HATE that restaurants never have pride in the cleanliness of the seating area. It's unappetizing for us. So, we cleaned it ourselves like we normally have to. (Unfortunately we can't do much about the floor) Food was great tho! Bacon was cooked perfectly! Waitress was friendly and helpful. It was free pie Wednesday and we all got to bring home a free slice (of fruit pie) so we are looking forward to sharing our dessert later!

I ordered online for pickup from this location because my usual location, on Northern and the 101, wasn't taking online orders at the time. A couple things to know about the Surprise location, on Grand Ave. It's not the easiest to get in or out! There are random curbs, gravel spots and one ways. But once you're there and inside it's nice. The dining room and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. It took a while, even with the drive to get there but, our food was hot and tasty.
