The restaurant was pretty clean and service was fast! They did mess up my mom’s salad and gave her a half instead of a whole & forgot her extra chicken she paid for.

First time at Panera ever. Friendly counter person didn't rush me to order. Four soup selections. Had my order of small soup and half sandwich to-stay. Very glad to see real utensils provided instead of plastic. An oval melamine platter accommodated my half sandwich and soup bowl, no food tray nee
Great place to study or do group projects, but be mindful if the time of day you go because they will try to kick you out to make space for the dinner rushes.
Otherwise it's the same food quality as any Panera.
Got the warm bowl- chicken teriyaki with broccoli, brown rice and quinoa. A bit over priced.
I know sometime franchises vary but I haven't had a problem with this Panera. Pretty clean and the avocado on the chicken sandwiches are always green, never browned. Service was fine but the fountain drinks were foul and brought to the employees attention. Nothing was done about it throughout the time we were there other than continuing the filling of the fountain drinks.
