This is an outstanding local restaurant that we would highly recommend! The restaurant itself is very classy and elegant, yet inviting and comfortable. We absolutely loved the fireplace, which they were nice enough to seat us by. The service was excellent as well. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. We started with the shrimp (which they set on fire at the table!) and the scallop smoke show (which comes out in a smoke-filled dome). Both were delicious, but the scallops were outstanding! For dinner we had the lobster bucatini and the Chilean Sea bass and enjoyed both of these dishes as well. The Chilean Sea bass was perfectly cooked, very well seasoned, and delicious! We didn't have room for dessert, but we're sure those are all excellent as well. We definitely would highly recommend this restaurant!

Edit: We came back tonight, another Tuesday night, and the difference was night and day from my last visit. The service was phenomenal. The setting was spectacular and very clean. Our appetizer was amazing. Even though they were recovering from Syracuse University parents weekend they were ready for a wonderful evening. If you want a really good meal with some great atmosphere you should definitely check out LM Social. Service was extremely slow. Our server must have been new as he was running around all over the place. Told us our meal was coming right up and then came back 20 minutes later to say they are running behind. Other servers seem to be much better at getting stuff out and tending to their customers. My lobster scallops and shrimp were very good. My French onion soup was not bad. I have had better before but it was not bad. The tomato bisque my wife had was cold when they brought it out and she said something to the server so they brought out the next bowl so hot she had to wait 10 minutes to eat it. Her pasta pie was good as well. I would maybe come back if I could get a better server.

Previously known as La Malange Mediterranean cuisine. My BF is a huge fan and wanted to bring me for birthday dinner. I was on the fence after reading previous reviews and said it will be all or nothing. From the minute I stepped out out of my Lyft and saw the window front peering into the glimmering Christmas wonderland with golden nutcrackers greeting at the entrance, you had me at hello. Walking through the trendy front doors poinsettias hanging from the ceilings and two more nutcrackers looking back at me. The atmosphere alone was above and beyond expectations. I went to the bar to wait for my friend and was pleasantly greeted and served Prosecco's I ordered pre dining. Once seated by a window and near fireplace, I was facing my friendly nutcrackers still winking and observing everyone. Shawna waited on us and was beyond fabulous attentive, friendly, and informative! We wanted nor needed anything without staff that worked as a team were always spot on. As far as the meal impeccable. The presentation alone was impressive but everything from the appetizer of bacon wrapped scallops on a bed of spicy sweet potatoes, filet mignon cooked to perfection, and chicken Frances was nothing but mouth watering delight! Shawna came with dessert options and the first was a Neapolitan cake. I am not one to indulge on sweets but for a birthday it's a must. When she said Neapolitan my eyes lit up like the nutcrackers!! That is my must have holiday cookie! It was sinfully delightful! It was absolutely an ALL for me and my friend! She had already visited twice before to new location and numerous times at La Malange. Kudos to the owner Rebecca who is super friendly and on site. I could not have wished for a better birthday dinner with my BFF! Thx you!

Loved it. The pappardelle was delicious and dinner service was great. It was pretty quiet for a Sunday evening, but we didn’t mind at all. The decor is tasteful and classy. We very much enjoyed our shrimp stack tower. The passionfruit cocktail was delicious! We will definitely be back for another date night in the future. Thank you!

This is a gem right here in Syracuse! Located in the old Lemongrass location, the transformation came out amazingly. LM is absolutely gorgeous. The space has been expanded and open! The lighting is perfect and the motif is so modern and upscale. The food was amazing. We would say that their Dirty Frenchie Martinis are probably the best we’ve ever had. The added lemon juice really takes their Dirty’s to a top level. Their Caesar salad is probably one of the best Caesar anywhere! The menu has so many great choices and it was hard to pick but we decided to just order 3 entrees. We ordered the Sea Bass (over risotto), Grilled Octopus (over sweet potato mash) and the Cacio e Pepe. The Cacio e Pepe was a hit. Perfectly cooked with the right amount of cheese and pepper. The Grilled Octopus was so good with the sweet potato mash. Amazing. The Sea bass was cooked perfectly but the risotto needed more time to cook. The only thing about that menu that I would mention that could improve is their bread offering. There must be some past trauma about offering bread to diners is very odd. They do charge per person for bread and it’s not even warm nor that great to be asking for a bread premium. The service was so energetic and friendly. The waitress was covering the entire floor and some support with a bus person or additional server would have attended to our needs for things like more water or another drink quicker. Other than that, this is now my favorite restaurant in Syracuse! Thank you!
