Believe it or not, it was my first time. I found it more expensive than similar restaurants. The amount per serving was bigger. That was a plus. Taste was OK. Good. Got the regular one. The strawberry lemonade was. ...... very different. Not bad, just didn't taste like strawberry. One thing I loved was the Mardi Gras mustard!
Service was prompt during lunch hour. Woman who took our order seemed less than friendly though. 6 of us are for $59 so the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and organized, with the exception of the soda machine, that could benefit from being wiped down.
First time trying them out and it was pretty good. Fresh chicken sandwich, the bread was fresh, and the chicken was juicy and crispy. The strawberry biscuit was also delicious, not too messy either. They have good coleslaw, beans and rice, and mashed potatoes for the side. Their biscuits are alright too but little dry for my taste, and the fries are seasoned well. A little pricey but almost what you'd pay for somewhere else like McDonald's and I'd honestly rather go here, just wish had one close to where I live.
Prompt service, clean restaurant and good food! We placed an order online and it wasn’t ready when we walked in but maybe they have to confirm before they make it hot/fresh. It was still handed over to us within minutes and staff was courteous.
Photos okay nice and hot, every table in the place was dirty, I had a cleaner room table luckily I always carry a small spray bottle of rubbing alcohol. Other than that it was a typical Popeyes nothing special no other customers very quiet.
