I absolutely love eating here. They have the best soups. Everything I eat here is so delicious but I love the roast beef panini. The service is always great!

Fantastic atmosphere, great customer service and fresh food prepared with care. Owner personally makes sure everyone enjoys consistent and delicious food on each visit. Definitely our top spot to eat in Syracuse area.

I love eating at Prontofresh. Their ingredients are always fresh and delicious. I love the Thai beef salad and the lobster bisque. They have a salad club card and I've achieved my free salad bonus multiple times now!

This is the BEST place in Syracuse for a sandwich. Name says it all - Pronto and FRESH! Absolutely delicious sandwiches, salad, wraps, and soups. You are missing out if you haven't tried this place yet!!!

Fantastic spot in downtown Syracuse to get a great salad, soup coffee or breakfast sandwich. The team and the owner are attentive and the customer service is perfect. I enjoyed an awesome spinach salad and can’t wait to come back next time

I would highly recommend Pronto Fresh for fresh, quality salads, sandwiches, and soups! The food is fantastic and the service is even better. And don’t forget to grab some of the best baked cookies! Lemon Blueberry and Chocolate Chip are my favorites!

I have been eating at Prontofresh for years and the food is consistently delicious, the ingredients fresh, and the owners warm and welcoming. I have recommended this place to friends who have in turn become loyal customers. Keep up the good work!
