Nick and Julie cooked an amazing dinner at my house over the summer for our family and friends. This foie gras was made with a cherry gastrique on seeded bread, delicious. And to top it off, my 16 old son thought Chef Nick was the bomb.

Nick catered our wedding and we could not be happier! We were able to customize the menus for the needs of our guests (some vegan, some gluten free) and the results were so delicious, everyone was fighting over the leftovers! Highly recommended!!!

Chef Nick and Julie are not only a joy to work with, they put out the best product!! The food is beautiful and so delicious!! I recently had the pleasure of having Chef Nick prepare dinner for my mom’s birthday... he went above and beyond! “Absolute best birthday dinner ever!” Couldn’t recommend more!
