I have to agree about the sausage. I wish I could find it at the market. The omelettes are great also. They have a list of over 100 combinations. It's not for everyone but the chicken liver/onion/bacon/cheese omelette is outstanding. This is my favorite breakfast place in town.
Have you tired Kelley's Cafe?. I can't believe there's no review here on Kelley's Cafe. It's the BEST home cooking in the State! They have the best breakfast sausage this side of Whitesboro, Texas and it is made and seasoned to perfection right there in Kelley's Cafe. I wish I lived in Tehachapi just so I could eat all I want at Kelley's. That is second to enjoying the clean air in that mountain settlement.
Good food, great service. The young man waiting our table was superb. All the food was good, although not the best. Gravy was very peppery, which isn't my preference, but overall good food. The only dish I personally wouldn't recommend is the chicken fried steak, which could have been much more crisp.
Definitely a place I'll go back to.

Omelettes galore! You wouldn't believe! Even peanut butter raisins Apple honey & banana. So yummy..huge portions. This is the most,popular cowboy omlette

The food was really good, and big portions. My family and I have not gone out for a breakfast this good in a long time. The service was excellent, and they are very family friendly. It was a wonderful breakfast experience!!!! Thank you. Highly recommended.
