I’m visiting from Utah and went here for dinner with my kids. My son just began eating meat recently and didn’t like the hamburger in his kid’s meal. Ashley the manager replaced it with a grilled cheese sandwich at no extra cost. Thank you Ashley and Sonic for a great experience! 💕
Terrible food and terrible service. I waited for 20 minutes just to take my order. Then I sat and waited another 10 minutes to get the order. To top it off I drove off only to find they didn't give me any napkins.
I ordered the hot pretzel and it was hot, soft, and tasty. I ordered a lemonade drink to go with it, but sadly they were out so I substituted a soft drink for it. I won't hesitate to eat at Sonic again because the service was good and their employees were helpful and friendly.
Don’t pull away from the window until you’ve checked your order. Every time I’ve been there, they forget at least one item. Once you pull away, getting your item is not possible. Front door is locked, won’t answer to speaker.
Never fails. The number they give you to call does not work.
It took 20min to get 2 Iced Teas. I appreciate that they were fulfilling the orders in the order they came in, but most places will get simple drink orders out quicker if that is all you order.
Food was good. Order was right. The 2 folks in there did a great job. They're probably under staffed is why they were slow to say hello
Grabbed a quick bite yesterday, food was hot and fresh. Tots were amazing, salted perfectly. Great stop in Tehachapi
This is a good Sonic. They always get our order right and the food is good. Staff is always nice as well. If you are looking for a good burger and tater tots, this is the place. They have a very large drink selection as well, I just wish they carried Mellow-Yellow Zero.
