I have not been satisfied with this sonic location for the past year, and I live just a few blocks from it. I would rather drive across town to another location than to go here. Their mobile ordering never works, which means I end up not getting the 99¢ drink special and having to pay full price. They also have the whole second strip of order spots caution taped off and out of use. Many times I cannot find a spot to park to order, and when I do the screen is broken and I cannot order at that slot. Today I just drove across town to get my drink special and plan to continue to do the same.

They have half of the bays closed off, and the ones that are available, only half of those work. I feel like they are purposely turned off.

Very disappointed. I ordered the popcorn chicken and French fries with cherry limeade. The only thing good about the whole meal was the limeade. The chicken was over cooked. Dry and hard. And the French fries were cold. Won't go to this sonic again. Tried to use the app to order, and it wouldn't work. Then when I went to pay with my card, the screen didn't work, which I didn't know till I got my food. No sign on it saying out of order.

The service was fast and super sweet and my order came out fast and correct for once. But what is giving 3 stars is the RAT I seen run around outside. Just disgusting but I just hope and pray the rat didn’t come from inside the establishment!!!

This Sonic is terrible!!! They always get the order incorrect or do not have the item in stock. I will drive the extra few miles to the next nearest Sonic from now on because this has happened every since time at the West Adams Sonic and I am tired of throwing money away at this place. Drive to the next closest one. Don’t waste your money at this one.

My past few experiences with ordering food from this location have been pretty bad, either the food isn't cooked thoroughly or there's long hairs inside of the burgers. Will be ordering from a different location now

Always friendly. Always! I come here now instead of Whataburger or McDonald’s because of the service. Never once had a rude employee like I get at other fast food joints. Great job guys. I appreciate y’all!
