Highly recommend! Their food is consistently EXCELLENT! Best Cajun Shrimp 🍤 and Grits I’ve ever had! I try them every where we go. Jonah’s is a must try restaurant in Thomasville. The staff is always delightful. The outdoor seating is great when the weather allows.
Cute little place in Thomasville. The ambience on the outdoor seating feels romantic and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and we got our orders very quick. The hush puppies were enormous and very tasty! We had the cyclone shrimp, the classic shrimp and grits and the Grouper tasso and they were all seasoned and cooked perfectly! Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back again to try other things on the menu.
Fish and grits were delicious. We stopped here on the taste of thomasville tour and would definitely come back for a full meal! The hush puppies were massive but somehow very moist all the way through. Just a side not Jonah’s is first come first serve so get there early!!
Excellent food and customer service! The complimentary hush puppies were hot and delicious with the butter on the side. The Parmesan crusted grouper was tender and flavorful. The cheese grits were seasoned just right and just the right consistency. The spinach was flavorful as well. This spot can compete with Pappadeaux. It's that good! They have a real chef in the kitchen!
I've heard the hype about this place but never got to try it until tonight with my wife. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent all around! Some of you know that some restaurants provide "Quality over Quantity" and vice versa, well at Jonah's, you get both quality AND quantity, from the first bite to the last it was outstanding through and through! The food was amazing! Amazing atmosphere! Well worth the wait! I do wish they had a larger space/seating space though.

We took a drive to Thomasville Georgia from Tallahassee and We Came Upon This restaurant Jonas nice size crowd outside so I said it must be pretty good so I asked a few questions to a few people that came out and asked Them how was food so all the people I asked they all said excellent no negative things so we gave our name and waited 20 minutes to go in which was not long let me tell you it was well worth the 20 minutes so we ordered for dinner a large Greek salad which we split me and the wife but before we even have any food on the table they brought a complimentary hush puppies and they were not small they were delicious and big and then for dinner my wife had the fish and chips if I had the shrimp and scallop Pasco let me tell you it was all delicious well-cooked and will prep and And the service was so great by our waitress Amanda she was very friendly very polite you couldn't ask for a better waitress and then for dessert we had this homemade peanut butter pie it make your mouth water so we definitely had a great time great atmosphere in this particular restaurant it is very well kept up clean and very well-managed so we definitely recommend this restaurant and we hope this review help you out and we hope you enjoyed your dinner like we had
Grits were amazing, blackened grouper was spicy, the collards and spinach were too salty. The fried green tomatoes were delicious too. And the hushpuppies had onions and were the best hushpuppies ever! My favorite is of course the shrimp and grits - they have zucchini and squash in the grits - top notch!
