Reviews of Subway

This subway has gone down hill on a customer service level. There's two employees that every time I've been in are nothing but rude. As well as today just kind of topped it off. My husband wanted lettuce on his sub that he always gets, he was recommended to not put lettuce on that type of sub, he asked it to not be toasted and it was toasted. On my sub the mean was basically ripped to shreds. I had ham turkey bacon, it was horrible. I asked for light lettuce and got a handful. Get home and it tasted like the meat was rotten, and lettuce wasn't impressive either. Definitely never going back.

I love that they know their regulars!! I’m super picky but they always make my bacon extra crispy exactly how I like it along with any of my other wants. Super fast and friendly. Always very clean. I pick you over every place in town to eat always. Thank you for your hard work and still being polite and fast while doing so much. You guys rock!!!

This is the most well run Subway in existence. I travel for work and regularly eat at Subway and this one stands out. I'm fairly familiar with the menu and I can tell the staff exactly once everything I want on a sub and they've never had to ask me to repeat myself. It is a pleasure to eat here and the staff is very nice. Thank you for great service!

Logging up here in Ticonderoga. Went there 3 nights ago; the "artist" (male) did great. Subs were great. He was quick & friendly. Went there this evening, the "artist" went by the name of "Tammy" was rude, couldn't make a decent sandwich (meat all on one side, sloppy) was aggravated when I asked for more than 2 peppers; then I asked not to have the whole onion on a 6". The 12" was a mess. She over toasted them. She should consider employment else where. After working in the cold all day, I should of just made a sandwich at home. Not worth dealing with rude employees that can't make a 1/2 way decent sub.
