I placed a order and when it arrived the nicest young man delivered our pizza and sides. He was very polite and explained our order to us. I would say he was the nicest delivery guy we have ever had.

Our VPK classes at First United Methodist Preschool love going to Papa John's for a field trip each year. The staff is extremely friendly and they are great with the kids. It is a wonderful establishment with really yummy pizza!!
I don't understand the bad reviews for this location... Our pizza was ready RIGHT ON TIME, its cooked perfectly, looks great and the order is 100% accurate. We called in the order and did carry-out on a Friday around 5PM. Zero issues! Would definitely order again.
Lately we've been really enjoying their papadia's. The Philly with garlic dipping sauce is my favorite. Food is always ready when I arrive and the staff is helpful and courteous.
We've ordered the last few months, and the food has been very good. It's much better than other pizza places around.

Good pizza. Dinning area was messy, needed cleaning. They were not that busy only had to wait 15 min.
My mother was able to order a pizza from Massachusetts and sent to me here in Titusville. The staff was extremely helpful with the transaction and I was so happy to receive a pepperoni pizza and a try of brownies. I appreciate the staff taking a little extra time to listen to my mother explain what she was trying to do. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much!!!

We have used Papa John's for many years for personal dinners and church events as well.
Recently, we ordered a number of pizzas for a church event, unfortunately the pizza did not arrive on time. Ginger, the manager, rectified the situation by giving us a refund worth of gift cards to support our next church event.
We can't expect a business to be perfect, but it says something about the quality of the company and the management when they rectify a wrong immediately, and completely.

I typically hate generic pizza places, but Papa John's crust is like no other. I can also handle their sauce which is never overpowering the pizza. Good quick service. Friendly staff.
