Sad, I'm wondering how much longer Burger King will be around. I had not had a Burger from Burger King in years. So nostalgically I thought I would try one. I ordered a double whopper meal. Originally I just wanted a double whopper and a shake, but I was told they could not make shakes because they were out of cups?????? Who is in charge of their inventory? I was wondering. The burger and fries were like I remembered them to be. The self-serve drink dispenser was out of multiple selections that I tried. Again who is in charge of their inventory / restocking? The service was good. The wait was the usual appropriately 5 minutes. The food was served hot. Overall it was a good memory. Perhaps they are suffering from the post-COVID problem of finding competent people to fill their positions. So for all the bad reviews, just consider that bad service motivates people to write a review. Good service unless it is exceptional does not get reviews.

I'm thinking it was just a bad night. Waited 10 minutes to order drive thru. Young girl at window was rude. No hi or thank you just spoke Total. Gave me my bag. When I got home 5 minutes drive meal was wrong and cold. Reason saying bad night normally go here and get great food and service.

The building looks rough from the outside, but the interior was very clean. Our food came out quickly and accurately. The fries could have been a bit more done but we also got between rushes during the lunch hour. The staff was incredibly kind, despite the fact that they were completely out of coins for change
