The food was fresh and hot and the employees were friendly and super helpful. They brought the food to our table and even asked if we needed anything else, then brought us condiments. They were even happy to do so. The manager was very friendly and doing a great job working with her team. I wish my local store had it together like they do.
I was unable to catch the name of the cashier and manager- but during the evening rush on July 21st, McDonald’s was packed. I placed my order and received it fast given how many orders were ahead of me. The manager was clearly busy but took the time out of their day to make sure each and every guest was happy, even remaking a chicken sandwich to add cheese. The cashier was a young man who never stopped moving, and probably ran about five orders curbside in the time I was there. Everyone in the back was also working extremely hard and I appreciated the service.
Food was hot and good. I would recommend this location- definitely pinnacle McDonalds.
I now work here and love it. The lobby was under construction last week, but it is open again. New walls, tile, an area at front counter was added for mobile pick ups, door dash and Uber eats. We still take out mobile orders when necessary. Booth seats and bar stools are also being done.
I am not fond of the food, but the kids are, and this place is much more tolerable now. They did a nice remodel and it is very clean inside and the cashiers are more like waitresses, they were very friendly and helpful.
3 on Atmosphere cause I did not enter so left it neutral
Food was actually fresh & hot… the fries just like you would expect McDonald’s fries to be! If you are in the area and love McDonald’s I hope you get the same service as I did.
It’s McDonalds. The food was what you would expect. The service was good and fast. My only complaint. The best part about the store was hidden. You couldn’t see the Indian river.
