The staff were all happy, friendly and courteous. The restaurant was very clean. I had thought Tim Horton's was only in Canada, so I was surprised to find this Tom Horton's in Ohio, it was just as great as the service, restaurants and of course great tasting coffee and lemon poppy muffin as in Canada. Move over Starbucks, Tim Horton's has crossed the border!! �

I'm 8 months pregnant and I couldn't figure out what I wanted and finally decided on a water and then apologized for being annoying and said I was pregnant when I pulled up to the window sincerity was his name had my water ready and a whole cup of ice and was so sweet and understanding and said he was a dad and understands. So sweet.

I have a love, hate relationship with this location. Absolutely love the fact they are quick with orders, polite and over all great location. I absolutely hate that every time I go there I receive all my items in one small bag. A cream cheese bagel, Boston Cream donut and a muffin! Call me OCD but really?!? Also, I never I mean NEVER get not even one napkin! Therefore, maybe they should reconsider what can be bagged together and to allow each customer to have a few napkins.
