I had the pleasure of dining at Cindy's Fast Break today. Their blueberry pancakes were equal to Jimmy's in SSH and with the blueberries in the pancakes, perhaps a bit better. Bacon was very good as well. Portion sizes were more than expected. I was glad I chose the short stack. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. The prices were comparable to Jimmy's, and they accept credit cards for a small fee. The decor was eclectic and while it works, I would suggest a Jersey Shore theme since it would give the establishment a better home town feel. This is an one of a kind kinda place. There's only one of everything you see in this place other than the food. The fresh squeeze OJ is so refreshing and delicious. I tired the French toast croissant with egg whites bacon and home fries. The only thing that was missing was the onions and peppers in my home fries, but overall, the food was good. The service was even better, and we were in and out in a timely fashion. I recommending this spot if your in the area I enjoyed it so much so I came back the next day for the pork roll with egg whites ona roll and it was just as good as my first meal. I didn't eat it. I decided to take out cause I wasn't dressed. But the wait wasn't long, and the food came out as fresh as me dining in.
